Platform X Can Now Be Used for Audio and Video Calls

JAKARTA - Platform X today made an impressive announcement. The platform that Elon Musk leads can make audio and video calls to other users.

Since morning, several X leaders and workers have continued to discuss this new feature. Even X CEO, Linda Yaccarino, showed off this feature through her personal account. It shows the display when making a video call.

This feature can be used after the user activates permission to make audio and video calls, as explained in the upload that Elon Musk re-shared.

To enable this feature, users need to open Settings, then go to Privacy & Security. After that, open Direct Message (DM) and Allow Audio & Video Calls.

Users can also set the accounts they can contact, such as accounts linked to the mobile phone book, followed accounts, and verified accounts.

If this feature is active, users can immediately make audio and video calls by tapping the icon in the top right corner of the screen in the DM of the user they want to contact.

Even though X has announced this update, the audio and video calling features are not yet officially available. X is still testing until this feature is feasible to add to their platform.

Reportedly, this feature will be available on all devices and systems such as Android, iOS, Mac and PC. This feature also does not require a number like normal dialing.
