Harley Davidson Recall 1,139 X350 RA Units In The United States Due To Fuel Censorship Issues

JAKARTA- Harley Davidson made a motorcycle recall for the X350 RA model, as many as 1,139 units which are part of the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy in the United States.

Quoted from the Rideapart page, Thursday, October 19, the problem that occurs is related to feed damage around the fuel sensor, which can cause fires.

From the search carried out, there were stains that looked like piles of dirt on the outside of the tank, and indicated a leak.

Based on manufacturers' information, this withdrawal only applies to certain Harley-Davidson X350 RA 2023, which is sent on or before August 30, 2023. Meanwhile, after the date above, it is already using a new feed and is safe to use.

However, for X350 RA users, there is no need to worry, because this well-known manufacturer has distributed a piece of information to all official dealers in the United States, and China, which is also present with the name X350 regarding the matter.

A notification letter to the dealer was issued between October 10 and 13, 2023, and a notification letter to the owner was scheduled to come out between October 16 and 20, 2023.

Meanwhile, specifically for the Chinese market, the withdrawal only applies to the MoCo dealer network, in order to replace the feed indicated to be leaked.
