Prosecutors Will Force Corruption Suspects At Bukittinggi Upper Market
BUKITTINGGI - Bukittinggi City District Attorney's Office, West Sumatra, confirmed that they would immediately pick up suspects for corruption in the management of the Upper Market Building for Fiscal Year 2020 and 2021.
"Of the seven people named as suspects, there was one person who was summoned twice for examination. Forced pick-up steps could be taken if he continued to not come," said Head of the Intelligence Section of the Bukittinggi Kejari Wiwin Iskandar, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, October 18.
According to him, apart from YY, there was another person who was unable to attend, namely the suspect JF (41) who asked for a reschedule on the grounds of his family.
YY served as Director of PT Pinang Jaya Mandiri as a provider of cleaning services at the Upper Market in 2021.
He and six other people including three state civil servants (ASN) of the Bukittinggi City Government have been named suspects since August 2023.
The three are AL (47) who served as Head of Facilities Development for the Cooperative, SME, and Trade Office of Bukittinggi City, PPK and PPTK for Upper Market Management in 2020 and PPTK for Upper Market Management Activities for the period January to August 2021.
Furthermore, HR (58) who served as Head of Market Management of the Bukittinggi City Cooperative, SME, and Trade Office, KPA for Upper Market Management in 2020, KPA and PPK for Upper Market Management Activities for the period January to August 2021.
Finally, RY(46) as the Head of Market Management of the Bukittinggi City Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade Office, KPA and PPK for Upper Market Management Activities for the period September to December 2020.
