Gold Again, Wushu Athlete Harris Horatius Wins Nanquan & Nangun Asian Games 2023
JAKARTA - Indonesian Wushu athlete, Harris Horatius, succeeded in presenting the third gold medal for Indonesia at the 2023 Asian Games on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Harris succeeded in winning gold in the men's nanquan & nangun all-round at the Xiaoshan Guali Sports Center.
In this match, Harris Horatius got a total of 19,506 points with 9,756 men's nanquan points and 9,750 men's nangun points.
The athlete born on October 11, 1995 was ahead of the South Korean athlete with a total of 19,472 points and the Macau athlete with 19,463.
Harris' success was the first gold medal for the Indonesian wushu team. On the other hand, this achievement is an improvement from the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, where Harris was ranked 9th out of 23 athletes.
