DKI Can Appreciate Digital Transformation Acceleration From The Ministry Of Home Affairs
Regional development banks (BPD) belonging to the DKI Provincial Government, Bank DKI received appreciation for the acceleration of digital transformation from the Directorate General of Regional Autonomy of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Association of Regency Governments throughout Indonesia.
Acting (Plt) President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono said, this appreciation was received by the initiative of the digital transformation program which was consistently implemented.
Amirul said, in recent years, digitalization has become a major milestone in the development of the banking industry as an effort to provide faster, more efficient, and secure banking services.
"The initiative of Bank DKI's digital transformation, apart from aiming to expand access to finance and increase added value on products and services, is also aimed at strengthening partnerships with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as a shareholder, especially support for various programs of DKI Jakarta Province as a form of support for realizing Jakarta as a global city," Amirul said in his statement, Friday, September 15.
Amirul continued, Bank DKI has developed a number of digital products and services, including the JakOne Mobile application as a super app, with various features that can accommodate various daily financial transaction needs digitally, such as payments for various bills, taxes, levies, online shopping, top up electronic money and QRIS transactions.
Furthermore, in supporting the development of MSME actors, Bank DKI comes with JakOne Abank services which can provide added value for business development through an agency system.
"In addition, Bank DKI continues to develop digital lending applications with the aim of providing convenience in the process of applying for credit/financing," he explained.

Meanwhile, Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian appreciated the performance of regional heads who received awards in the 2023 APDI. The former National Police Chief said that the APDI award could increase competition between regions to innovate to advance their respective regions.
"We have to try to lure these regional heads so that they are creative, innovative and most importantly create a competitive climate," said Tito.
In addition, this event is also an opportunity for each regional head to gain public sympathy through achievements. Moreover, said Tito, they need the support of the people to win a seat as regional head.
