"We focus on providing a simpler, more fun, and more efficient set of tools to customers so that everyone can do the best job of their lives," said Slack's Chief Product Officer, Noah Desai Weiss, quoted Thursday, September 7.
One of the Slack AI features, namely the recap of the channel, instantly provides the spotlight on any channel, so that users can immediately switch to the most important thing.
Each recap can also be used to save time on tedious jobs, so users can create a draft status report from the project channel, take the main theme from the feedback channel, and more.
In the summary feature of the message series, users can get the latest information about any messaging series in just one click.
They can quickly follow a long discussion, whether their team discusses an incident, discusses the next step, or exchange ideas.
Next is the search answer feature, which helps customers get maximum results from their conversation data and all the contexts they have from expertise and experience across organizations.
