Knocked Out Of America's Got Talent, Steel Panther: We Will Not Stop Spreading Heavy Metal!

JAKARTA - Steel Panther was knocked out of America's Got Talent, almost qualifying for the final.

The metal band was removed from talent show this week and will not qualify for the finals later this month.

These glam-rockers performed Eyes of a Panther on the 18th season of a TV show that has been airing since May.

Their action received lively applause from the four judges Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum,ria Mandel, and Simon Cowell.

The band gave their final appearance on AGT Tuesday, August 29, but did not win the hearts of voters. They were eliminated in the results shown on Wednesday.

After leaving the show, Steel Panther shared in social media posts.

"Thank you very much to all the fans who voted for us at America's Got Talent! This time we were unable to qualify, but, don't worry... like the severe herpes case, you can't get rid of us easily. Fighting continues to rage and we will never stop flying the heavy Metal flag! " wrote them.

Now, Steel Panther is preparing to start its North American tour this month. They started a series of concerts in Canada on September 6 at The Marquee Ballroom in Halifax.
