The U-17 Indonesian National Team Lost Slightly 0-1 To South Korea U-17, Bima Sakti Highlights Chemistry In Attacking
JAKARTA - The U-17 Indonesian national team has not managed to secure victory in the third test match against South Korea U-17. The coach of the Red and White Team, Bima Sakti, highlighted the chemistry of his team in this match.
The trial match between the Indonesian U-17 and South Korea U-17 national teams was held at Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi on Wednesday 30 August night WIB. In this third international trial match, the Garuda Asia Squad collapsed 0-1 from South Korea.
After the match, Bima Sakti remained grateful even though his team lost. He saw that his team's defense was quite good even though there were still things that needed to be improved, especially chemistry when attacking.
"We did focus on defending. Two weeks we were in Solo and in Jakarta defense training and two weeks of attacking training. Attacking turned out to still need chemistry. That's our homework," said Bima Sakti after the match.
Furthermore, regarding the team, Bima Sakti also mentioned the performance of Arkan Kaka, who had just joined. The coach admitted that the player still needed time to adapt to the U-17 national team's playing style.
"(Arkan) Kaka just joined last night. But we installed him (in the squad) because he needed it. He still needs more training," said Bima Sakti.

"There is still time for trials while in Germany. I and Frank and Indra Sjafri have planned a trial against the team that can help us correct mistakes," he said.
Bima Sakti also commented on the appearance of the U-17 national team, which according to him performed well in the first round of the trial match. However, the Milky Way continued to rotate players to see which players met the team's needs.
"I saw the game go well in the first half, I actually wanted to replace all the players, but it had to be done gradually. Players who played both in the first and second rounds will be the backbone of our team," he concluded.
