Richard Marx Will Perform Full Band At Kasablanka Hall October 5

JAKARTA Musician from the United States, Richard Marx, will hold a concert in Jakarta in a series of world tours promoting his new album, The Songwriter.

His success in selling albums of more than 30 million copies worldwide resulted in four multiplatinum awards.

Now, through its official website, Richard Marx confirmed to meet and entertain his fans in Jakarta through a concert that will be held at Kasablanka Hall on October 5.

The 2023 'The Songwriter Tour' world tour has started since the beginning of the year from America, Europe, Australia to Asia. And Jakarta is the closing of the Asian tour series.

In this concert, Richard Marx will appear in a full band formation and perform hits that have reached the top of charts around the world such as Right Here Waiting, Hazard, Endless Surfer Nights, Now And Forever, etc.

In a press conference at Richard Marx - The Songwriter Tour which was held at Easy Bar & Lounge, South Jakarta, Wednesday, August 30, Hilmi from Endless Live Entertainment as the organizer conveyed the reasons for bringing Richard Marx to Indonesia.

"Outside of the Asian tour, we also know that Richard Marx's great name is unquestionable. He has also performed in Jakarta several times. The difference is that with the previous three visits that performed an accuracy, this time he will come in full band format. So he is more alive," said Hilmi.

Not only that, Hilmi added, the number of listeners of Richard Marx's hits on digital platforms reached millions.

"The song Right Here Waiting has 400 million listeners on Spotify and YouTube. Hazard 98 million, Now and Forever 6. 7 million. But, apart from these three songs, there are also many other hit songs that music fans like," he explained.
