Ari Wibowo And Inge Anugrah Only One Step Away From Divorce
JAKARTA - The follow-up trial for the divorce of Ari Wibowo and Inge Anugrah today, Wednesday, August 23, took place on an e-court basis. After last week's evidentiary agenda, the trial this time had a conclusion agenda.
Petrus Bala Pattyona as Inge Anugrah's attorney stated that the case faced by his client was just waiting for the decision of the South Jakarta District Court judges, which will be read out on September 12.
"So, today's agenda only leaves a conclusion. After that conclusion, the judge will read out the verdict on September 12. So, the conclusion is the result of a kind of resummation of all processes that occurred during the trial," said Petrus when contacted by the media crew on Wednesday, August 23.
Petrus believes that his client will be officially divorced on September 12. He also explained several demands requested by Inge, one of which was child custody. Petrus believes the judge will grant his client's request.
"From our side, we stated that indeed between Pak Ari and Bu Inge it was no longer suitable. So we have to divorce," said Petrus.
"If the guardianship (of custody) is, we ask that Mrs. Inge be appointed as a guardian," he continued.
Petrus also mentioned several arguments. One thing that makes him sure Inge gets child custody because his children are still minors.
"With the consideration that the children are not yet 17 years old. So according to the law, it is Mrs. Inge who is designated as a guardian," he said.

On the other hand, Ari Wibowo also wants child custody. However, Petrus believes that will not happen. For him, Ari does not have a suitable lifestyle as a good child guardian.
"Moreover, we can prove that Ari has a lifestyle, right, at the nightclub. So leaving the house at 9 o'clock again at 3 o'clock, while the children go to school at 6. Practically can't take care of it," said Inge Anugrah's attorney.
"Moreover, we propose witnesses who explain that in fact Ari has other women who often work together at nightclubs," he concluded.
