Pertamina Patra Niaga: Pertamax Green 95 Consumption Shows Improvement

JAKARTA - Pertamina Patra Niaga noted that the trend of consumption of Pertamax Green 95 fuel oil (BBM) has shown an increase and has received a positive response from the consumer community.

Pertamax Green 95, which has a Research Octane Number or RON 95 value, was first introduced to consumers at the end of July 2023 in the cities of Surabaya and Jakarta.

"The initial trend of consumption of Pertamax Green 95 is very positive. Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to monitor and evaluate the trend of consumption and distribution at all gas stations," said PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Marketing Director, Mars Ega Legowo Putra in Jakarta, Friday 11 August.

He said that during the two-week sale, the average distribution of Pertamax Green 95 to consumers reached 300 liters per day for one gas station. Pertamax Green 95's daily highest distribution even reached around 6,800 liters from a cumulative 15 gas stations.

"This means that the consumption trend allows to achieve Pertamina's initial target. Furthermore, for other gas stations, we will try to push back the introduction of its products to the public, what are the advantages and advantages of using Pertamax Green 95 as one of the quality products available in the market," continued Mars Ega.

He said Pertamax Green 95 is marketed as a high-quality product with specifications standards at RON 95 which can compete with other equivalent products.

By not changing the specs and quality, Pertamax Green 95 with a bioethenol mix makes it a high-quality product with the first renewable energy mix in Indonesia.

In addition to being committed to providing products with high quality, Pertamax Green 95 is also an innovation to blend fossil energy with renewable energy.
