The files of the two suspects with the initials HI and Y in the alleged corruption case in the procurement of metrological equipment at the Dompu Industry and Trade Office (Disperindag) have P21.
The detention of the two suspects was deposited in the Class IIA Kuripan Prison, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
"Both of them were entrusted to the Class IIA Kuripan Prison to make it easier for the public prosecutor to present the suspect in the trial which will take place at the Corruption Court at the Mataram District Court," said NTB High Prosecutor's Spokesperson (Kejati) Efrien Saputera in Mataram, Thursday, August 10, as reported by Antara.
In this case, three suspects have been named, apart from HI and Y, there are suspects with the initials SS whose files are not yet P21.
The suspect HI is the former Head of the Trade Division at the Dompu Disperindag acting as the project technical implementer (PPTK) and suspect Y as project implementer.
Meanwhile, the suspect SS is the former Head of the Dompu Disperindag who acts as the power user of the budget (KPA) as well as the project commitment maker (PPK) official in the 2018 fiscal year.
Efrien explained that SS had not yet been P21 because the suspect had a vertigo disease, requiring treatment at the Dompu District Hospital.
However, related to the reasons that stated that SS had a vertigo disease, he did not include the results of laboratory checks from the hospital.
Efrien said that in the near future investigators plan to coordinate with hospitals and specialist doctors to ensure SS's health condition.
"So, before the second stage is carried out on SS, investigators will re-determine their health condition through the statement of a specialist in internal and nerve diseases," he said.
