JAKARTA - Jessica Koroh (33), a patrol car hijacker who is positive for narcotics will undergo drug rehabilitation carried out by the East Jakarta Metro Police.
"Especially for this drug, later his status will be users and users. We have directions that later we will be assessed and rehabilitated," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Leonardus Simarmata when confirmed by VOI, Friday, July 28.
Rehabilitation of narcotics was carried out because Jessica was categorized as a narcotics user.
"Later we will ask from the National Narcotics Agency (National Narcotics Agency) and from the Apsifor (Indonesian Forensic Psychology Association) as our partners," he said.
Although the narcotics case from the positive urine results of 3 types of drugs Jessica will be rehabilitated, the threat of multiple sentences related to theft and traffic accidents is still waiting for Jessica.
"So for this perpetrator, we apply Article 363 of the Criminal Code and the Traffic Article related to negligence causes other people to be injured. What we are explaining here is the behavior, not the person," he said.
