Skipping Work A Month, 2 Police In South Konawe Disrespectful Fired

KENDARI - Two personnel from the South Konawe Resort Police (Polres), Southeast Sulawesi, were fired or dishonorably dismissed (PTDH) because they were absent from their duties.

South Konawe Police Chief AKBP Wisnu Wibowo through his official statement Friday, said that the two personnel carried out by PTDH were respectively named Bripka Asrun Tombili NRP 84041379 and Bripka Farid Kardi Roebba NRP 87050016 who served as South Konawe Police NCO.

He conveyed that PTDH for Bripka Farid Kardy Roebba was based on the decision of the Southeast Sulawesi Police Chief Number: Kep/130/III/2023, while for Bripka Asrun Tombili it was based on Number: Kep/132/III/2023.

"Bripka Farid Kardy Roebba is a form of his actions in the form of not carrying out duties without the leadership's permission for 30 consecutive days starting from February 21, 2022 to June 26, 2022," said Wisnu, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, July 28.

Likewise with Bripka Asrun Tombili, continued Wisnu, he did not carry out duties without the leadership's permission for 30 consecutive days from May 18, 2022 to January 11, 2023.

"Both of them did not carry out their duties without permission for 30 consecutive days," said Wisnu.

He explained that for Bripka Farid Kardy Roeba, he was charged with Article 7 paragraph 1 letter C of the National Police Chief Regulation (Perkap) 14 of 2011 concerning the Police Professional Code of Ethics (KEPP) and Article 14 paragraph 1 letter a of the Government Regulation (PP) of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) No.1 of 2023 concerning the Dismissal of Police Members.

"For Bripka Asrun Tombili, violating Article 5 paragraph 1 letter C paragraph 1 of the National Police Regulation Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Police Professional Code of Ethics and Article 14 paragraph 1 letter a PP RI No.1 of 2003 concerning the Dismissal of Police Members," he explained.

Wisnu said that in the code of ethics trial decision, the actions of the two personnel were declared a disgraceful act and imposed administrative sanctions in the form of PTDH as a member of the National Police.

"Things or burdensome facts, alleged violators have committed disciplinary violations five times. The alleged offender's actions by leaving his duties illegally for 30 consecutive days during weekdays, in which the act was carried out intentionally and consciously. Based on the decision of the Ethics Code Commission, the alleged violator received and did not file an appeal, "said Vishnu.
