Rendy Kjaernett Asks For Referral In Court, This Is Lady Nayyan's Response
JAKARTA - In Lady Nayyan's mediation hearing with Rendy Kjaernett which was held at the Bekasi District Court (Pn) today, Tuesday, July 18, Rendy as the defendant asked the mediator judge to be given a second chance of mediation.
This request was granted by the mediator judges, so Lady Nayyan and Rendy Kjaernett will return to undergo second mediation on August 2.
Responding to a request for referral from Rendy Kjaernett to ask for a second mediation, Lady Nayoan stated that she was still steadfast in her desire to divorce. He has also conveyed this to the mediator judge.
"My answer is in a courtroom like that (want to divorce)," said Lady Nayyan after mediation.
Lady said mediation also did not go according to her expectations. He felt the mediation time was too long. The mother of three also couldn't talk much when asked how he felt during mediation with her husband.
"Honestly, I'm still confused, because I thought the process would be brief. But it was quite a long time ago, I waited for it, right," said Lady Nayyan.
"So, still confused. When asked how I feel, I'm still confused," he continued.
Lady also responded to Rendy's apology in mediation. She felt that her husband's apology was still not enough.

Furthermore, Lady ensured that her intention to divorce was unanimous. However, he will respect the entire legal process that must be taken, including being mediated with Rendy Kjaernett again.
"For me it is still the same, my goal at the beginning of my mediation was the same as my goal. Although I respect the desire of the judge to ask for time for mediation. Yes, we have to respect the law," concluded Lady Nayyan.
