JAKARTA - Central Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-dept. built a parapet embankment along Krukut River, Jalan Karet Pasar Baru Barat, Karet Tengsin Village, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, July 12, afternoon. Construction of parapet embankments to anticipate overflowing water from Krukut River when runoff occurs.

The process of structuring the Krukut River and the construction of the parapet embankment were carried out in two RWs in the Karet Tengsin Village area in stages.
"So there are 2 RWs that we will arrange in stages, there are 2 locations in RW 04 and RW 05 with a total length of 300 meters. The work is divided into 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters. We are stepping into the 3rd quarter, this is arrangement. The construction that we are doing is a river stone pair with a cerucuk that strengthens the foundation, we will immediately plaster it," he explained.
The arrangement of the area is a PJ program for the Governor of DKI Jakarta. In the Karet Tengsin area, it is on the edge of the Krukut River.
