BNN Arrests 4 Members Of The Trans Kalimantan Methamphetamine Network Ordered From Behind Prisons In Central Kalimantan
The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Central Kalimantan Province (Kalteng) uncovered a narcotics syndicate of methamphetamine by arresting four suspects. The four suspects, each with the initials AA, HM, DA and JP.
They are part of a syndicate of shabu dealers from Pontianak City, West Kalimantan (West Kalimantan) to Pangkalan Bun, West Kotawaringin (Kobar) and to Sampit City, East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan.
Head of Eradication of BNN Central Kalimantan Province Kombes Pol Agustiyanto said the disclosure of this methamphetamine syndicate was based on public reports. The Central Kalimantan Province BNN then conducted an investigation and arrested suspect AA on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Kobar, on Sunday, May 28 at around 02.00 WIB.
From the arrest of AA, officers secured eight clear plastic packs containing white crystals suspected of having methamphetamine weighing 803.24 grams. The methamphetamine was hidden in three cardboard boxes where the chicken was stored.
"Meanwhile, based on information from AA that he was ordered by someone in Pontianak City, to deliver the methamphetamine type narcotics to Jalan Ahmad Yani Km 65, to be precise at a shop beside Bank BNI, until members of BNNP managed to secure DA and JP," Agustiyanto said during a press release in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, Tuesday, June 20, confiscated by Antara.

It didn't stop there, the Central Kalimantan Provincial BNN received information from the arrested suspects that they received methamphetamine based on the order of suspect A.
After being investigated, it turned out that A was a prisoner at a prison in Central Kalimantan. A was also arrested on suspicion of being the suspect who ordered this narcotics case.
"In addition to those that were secured, we also confiscated a cellphone suspected of being a means of communication on illicit drug trafficking of the type of methamphetamine. Furthermore, the perpetrators who have also been named as suspects were immediately escorted to the Central Kalimantan BNNP for more intensive examination," said Agus.
From this disclosure, the Central Kalimantan Provincial BNN suspects AA, HM, DA and JP Article 114 (2) in conjunction with Article 132 (1) Sub-Article 112 (2) in conjunction with Article 132 (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 20029 concerning Narcotics and the threat of imprisonment for a minimum of 20 years and life imprisonment.
