While maneuvering, he shouted as if he was a victim of criminalization. Even though there are several criminal records, apart from being in court at the Tangerang District Court, he has also just carried out phase II on the case of alleged investment fraud at Polda Metro Jaya.
Muannas also explained that SL also involved one of the figures in the case and the victim was named Robi.
"The news is that they are invited to invest in the long term through the construction of condominiums in Bali, losses are estimated at tens of billions. The mode is the same in that case, there are allegations of forgery in the creation of their IMB after being checked at the BPPT. " explained Muannas.
Muannas assessed that SL and his attorney were raising opinions. In fact, continued Muannas, his involvement in the alleged case participated in falsifying documents was a letter made by the Head of Dadap Village in 2009.

"Even when SL was a DPO (wanted list) and was arrested by the Tangerang City Metro Police, the information was that he ran to Bandung. One of his attorneys still had time to contact us, asking that peace be carried out. But we reject it because we know it is slippery, we don't want to be deceived by him anymore," said Muannas.
The chaos over land disputes in Dadap, Kosambi, Tangerang Regency is getting worse. Sitting in this case is one of the parties claiming a plot of land and claiming to have official documents. On the one hand, there are other parties who claim to have the original letter.
Muannas said identifying the characteristics of the land mafia was easy. One of them is making cooperation with individuals who manipulate land documents.
"In this SL case, the legal facts are that there is a letter from the kelurahan which turns out to have been falsified which was taken care of by SL's subordinates. Then the letter was used to issue a certificate of ownership rights. The proof and witness testimony are complete, strong suspicion of the brain in the processing of the letter is SL itself. This is what SL charged, don't pretend you don't know what it is accused of. " he concluded.
