KKEP Session Inspector General Teddy Minahasa Presents 13 Witnesses And 1 Expert

JAKARTA - The National Police held a trial of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) for alleged violators of Inspector General Teddy Minahasa, today. Dozens of witnesses and experts will be presented at the trial."There are 13 witnesses and 1 expert in the trial," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Tuesday, May 30.The trial mechanism is not much different from the general criminal trial. Starting from reading the allegations, followed by examining witnesses and also suspected perpetrators.Then, the reading of the demands, the memorandum of defense, and ending with the reading of the verdict.In addition, the National Police appointed five generals as judges at the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial for Inspector General Teddy Minahasa. One of them is the Head of Intelligence and Security, Komjen Wahyu Widada as chairman of the commission.Then, there were three generals who became members of the KKEP trial commission. They include Inspector General Syahardiantono, Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri, and Inspector General Rudolf Alberth Rodja.
"Chairman of Commission Komjen Wahyu Widada and Deputy Chairman of Commission Inspector General Tornagogo Sihombing," said Ramadhan.
