Malaysia Masters 2023: Andalan Indonesia Donates In The Last 16

JAKARTA Indonesia's mainstay badminton player began to fall in the second round of the Malaysia Masters 2023. One of them is the men's singles Jonatan Christie.

This is the second consecutive defeat of the Minions or the third in the history of duels with Takuro/Yugo in a total of 14 meetings.

"The opponent did play better than us. We want to try and try again, there is still a tournament ahead. We hope we can continue to be better," Kevin said after the match.

Another Indonesia's mainstay representative who died earlier this year at the Malaysia Masters this year is the mixed doubles pair Praveen Jordan/Melati Daeva Oktavianti.

The pair who won All England 2020 were confirmed to be eliminated after losing their three-game match against the Chinese pair, Jiang Zhen Bang/Wei Ya Xin.

Previously, in the mixed doubles number of two other Indonesian couples had also been eliminated. They are Dejan Ferdinansyah/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja and eighth seed Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Lisa Ayu Kusumawati.

The only representative from this number that stepped into the quarter-finals was the pair Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari who defeated sixth seed Netherlands Robin Tableting/Selena Piek.
