Celebrity Personal Aide Suspect In Luxury Car Fraud Case Freed, Police: Restorative Justice
JAKARTA - The suspect in a fraud case known as the Personal Adjutant celebrity alias Akbar Pera Baharuddin was released by the West Jakarta Metro Police. The release of this Personal Aide was carried out on the basis of restorative justice which was carried out through the mediation process.
West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Muhammad Syahduddi said the celebgram was released because the victim had withdrawn his report. The perpetrator, who was detained, also agreed to provide compensation for the victim's money.
"We have released the Personal Adjutant, we have restorative justice," said Kombes Syahduddi, Wednesday, May 3. With this restorative justice effort, Kombes Syahduddi hopes that Akbar will be a deterrent citizen and become a law-abiding citizen.

Previously, it was reported that the personal adjutant celebrity named Akbar PB alias Akbar (27) offered two luxury cars to the victim, the vehicle in question was only fictitious or not real. The police explained that the victim and the perpetrator knew each other.
"There was never a vehicle that was fictitious, the suspect intended to have the victim interested because it gave a cheap price. Even though the car never existed," said West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes M Syahduddi to reporters at the West Jakarta Police, Wednesday, March 15.
