A Total Of 47 ASN Towers Will Be Ready To Be Inhabited In Mid-2024

The Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) ensures that 47 residential towers for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) are ready to be inhabited in mid-2024.

IKN Communications Expert Troy Pantouw said, in the initial phase of construction, the residential tower for ASN was adjusted to the number of ASN and TNI/Polri which began to move next year.

"Tower is prepared, adjusted to the number of ASN and/Polri which will start entering in 2024," Troy told reporters in Jakarta, quoted Thursday, October 19.

Even so, Troy has not been able to reveal the progress of the construction of the ASN residential tower.

"If I don't memorize progress, I have to check again," he said.

Meanwhile, based on Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the State Capital, the concept of existing housing, which is generally in the form of single buildings, is not in line with the direction of developing the IKN area to become a " 10 Minute City".

Therefore, the need for housing and facilities is modified through the merger of various services in one building by taking into account the applicable comfort standards and providing housing in the form of flats or apartments, while still paying attention to the minimum standards for each need, such as positions and the number of household members.

Currently, 36 units of houses for ministerial positions have been built at IKN in the form of landed houses, 32 of which have been completed.

Not only that, the construction of ASN housing and defense and security apparatus with the concept of vertical housing also continues to be carried out. It is targeted that the construction of the entire housing will be completed in 2024, along with the planned transfer of ASN to IKN as many as 16,990 ASN.
