This new feature can be used by users ranging from correcting spelling errors to adding contexts to messages.
Users who want to edit messages can take advantage of 15 minutes of time after the message is sent. Just press it for a long time on the message that has been sent, then select Edit from the menu.
The Meta-owned messaging application stated that the edited message would be marked by the words "edited", so that the person who received the message could immediately find out that the message had been corrected without the need to show a editing history.
