Persik Kediri Announces Coach Arrangement For Liga 1 2023/2024, Former Gremio Coach Becomes Head

JAKARTA - Persik Kediri announced the composition of the coaching staff for the 2023/2024 Liga 1 competition. The former Gremio coach, Marcelo Rospide, was appointed head.

Rospide fills the position of Divaldo Alves who has agreed with Persik at the end of the 2022/2023 Liga 1 season. Previously, he investigated a team from the Chinese League, Meizhou Hakka.

"Welcome coach Marcelo Rospide, @ rospide_treinador. Coach Marcelo, who once led the Brazilian team, Gremio and one of the Chinese League teams, will be the tactician for the White Tiger team next season! Give the best Coach!," Persik wrote in his upload on his Instagram social media account.

Apart from signing Marcelo Rospide, Persik also brought in Vitor Tinoco as a new physical trainer. Previously, Tinoco coached at Barito Putera.

"Welcome coach Vitor Tinoco, @coach.vitortinoco to the White Tiger team! Coach Vitor is a new part of Persik Kediri's coaching team in the physical coaching position!," wrote Persik.

The White Tigers team also extended several coaching staff who previously handled Renan Silva and colleagues.

Carlos Salomao is again trusted as goalkeeping coach and Alfiat and Johan Prasetya will fill the position of assistant coach of Persik Kediri.

"As well as a good job back, Coach Salomao, @carlossalo01 who have joined in the second round of last season and will still provide a balance of strength in the goalkeeper sector of the White Tiger team next season!", wrote the Persik Instagram account.

"The concoctions of the duo "Proprising" Alfiat @coachalfiat and Johan Prasetya @prasetyajohan will still be maintained in the coaching chair of Persik Kediri next season! Always give the best for the proud team, Coaches," continued the upload.
