NTB - Mataram City Police (Polresta) is handling a case of alleged fraud committed by the Umrah travel agency company PT Mahisa Tour & Travel.
The Head of the Mataram Police, Police Commissioner Mustofa, said that his party had named a suspect with the initials NH who was the Director of PT Mahisa Tour & Travel.

Before processing legally, he had tried to solve this problem through mediation between the victim and the suspect.
"At that time I mediated, but there was no common ground. A few months later the victims reported and we processed the report legally," he said.
