Here's The Traffic Engineering Around GBK During The Indonesia Vs Argentina National Team Match

Polda Metro Jaya has prepared a traffic engineering scheme that will be implemented during the FIFA Matchday match between the Indonesian national team against Argentina on Monday, June 19.

Deputy Director of Traffic of Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Doni Hermawan appealed to the public to avoid the GBK area and its surroundings when this match was held to avoid traffic congestion.

"People outside the audience heading towards GBK or around GBK avoid roads around GBK. To avoid congestion in the GBK area," Doni told reporters, Saturday, June 17.

Polda Metro Jaya has also alerted more than five thousand joint officers to secure FIFA Matchday between the Indonesian national team and Argentina which will be held the day after tomorrow.

"5,596 personnel are to secure the Indonesian national team match against Argentina," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko.

Trunoyudo said the thousands of joint personnel consisted of Polda Metro Jaya, Polres Metro Central Jakarta, elements of the TNI to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The organizing committee also alerted its security guards.

"Personnel from Polda Metro Jaya and Polres as many as 5,253 personnel, BKO TNI 212 personnel, and Pemerintah daerah 131 personnel. There will be 672 personnel from the stewards later," he said.

The traffic engineering that will be applied is as follows:

1. The traffic flow from Jalan Gatot Subroto which will go to Jalan Gerbang Pemuda is directed straight towards Slipi.

2. The traffic flow from the direction of Slipi is directed straight towards Semanggi, no one goes to the Landokgi Flyover towards Jalan Gerbang Pemuda.

3. The traffic flow from the Senayan Roundabout which will go to Jalan Pintu Satu Senayan is straightened to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman towards Semanggi.

4. Traffic flow from Mustopo Street heading towards Jalan Asia Afrika is turned to the right towards Jalan Hang Tuah Raya

5. Traffic flow from Jalan Patal Senayan 1 which will head towards Jalan Asia Afrika is turned to the left on Jalan Army Students.

6. The traffic flow from the direction of Jalan Army Students who will go to Jalan Patal Senayan is straightened towards Jalan Permata Hijau.

7. The traffic flow towards Manggala Wanabakti who will go to Jalan Lapangan Shooting is straightened towards Jalan Army Students.
