CILACAP Rochana's house in Tegalsari Village, Sidareja, Cilacap, Central Java was caught by thieves. A number of his belongings were lost by the perpetrators. The theft occurred while Rochana was working.

Cilacap Police Chief Kombes Pol Fannky Ani Sugiharto through Head of Public Relations Iptu Gatot Tri Hartanto explained that the theft took place on Monday, June 12, at around 14.00 WIB.

"In the morning, at eight, Roknah left for work and left the house empty. Rochana, who lives alone in her house, had locked all the doors. Then at two o'clock in the afternoon, at work, Roknah was surprised to see her house in a state of disarray. " explained Iptu Gatot, in a written statement, Thursday, June 15.

Rochana felt something was wrong with his house. He saw that the contents of the house were messy and realized that a number of his belongings such as STB and TV, 3 kg gas cylinders, refrigerators, fans, irons, electric stabilizers, were gone.

When he arrived home after returning home, the victim found the middle door to the kitchen and the kitchen door was open. Suspicious, Roknah checked her belongings and it turned out that many were missing. His room was in a mess, and the BRI ATM was missing. " said Gatot.

Rochanah immediately reported to the Sidareja Police. After processing the crime scene (TKP) and examining witnesses, officers arrested a perpetrator with the initials S alias K, a recidivist of the same case. And even the perpetrator turned out to be Rochanah's neighbor. The total loss suffered by the victim reached more than Rp. 3 million.

The perpetrator was charged with the theft article as referred to in Article 363 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 7 years in prison.
