David Ozora's Condition After Being Beaten By Mario Dandy: Cover, Nose, Mouth Out Of Blood

Jonathan Latumahina said David Ozora's condition was very severe after being abused sadistically by Mario Dandy Satriyo. All over his body was covered with wounds, ranging from scar wounds, cheeks to a lot of blood coming out of his ears. Jonathan's statement about his son's condition was conveyed when the public prosecutor (JPU) was presented as a witness in the alleged assault case for the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo, Tuesday, June 13. Starting from Jonathan who received information that David Ozora was beaten. Then, his son was on his way to be taken to Medika Permata Hijau Hospital, South Jakarta, on February 20. Receiving this information, Jonathan went straight to the hospital. Upon arrival, several of David's colleagues had gathered. So, he went straight to the treatment room. At that time, Jonathan saw David's condition was quite severe. His entire body was covered in wounds. "The wounds you see later, what kind of condition do you see David's condition? Where may there be injuries, bruises?" asked Chief Judge Alimin Ribut Sujono in the courtroom, Tuesday, June 13. "The finger is bleeding, the right ear is noble. Then, the cheek is scarred. The scar wound looks like it was dragged because it was full on the right cheek," answered Jonathan. Not only that, there are also torn wounds on the right lip. Then, the deep wounds on the elbows, wrists, and right temples. Hearing this statement, the judge began to dig up about the wound on David's ear. Because, it was previously said that there was blood coming out. "That's what was in the bleeding ear. That blood came out of the earhole?" asked the judge. "Get out of the earhole," answered Jonathan. "Is there any blood coming out of the mouth?" said the judge. "There are a lot," replied Jonathan. "From the nose?" asked the judge again. "There is also, from the right but it is dry," said Jonatahan. Then, the judge asked Jonathan to convey in detail the injuries David suffered throughout his body. It is stated that his son's wound is almost completely on the right. "There is also a knee, then on the right side of the ankle there is also. The wound is right next to everyone," said Jonathan. As a supporter, in this case Mario Dandy was charged with committing serious abuse. He was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or to 2 Article 76 C junto Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Shane Lukas is suspected of being a subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 2 junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the second primary Criminal Code with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code junto 56 to 2 of the Criminal Code.
