According to Nyoman, there are allegations against the provisions in the Attachment of the Government Procurement Policy Institute Regulation Number 9 of 2018 concerning guidelines for implementing procurement/services through providers, namely regarding payments that exceed the progress of the work results achieved and payments for work that has not been installed.
"The results of the investigation from the Palu Kejari Intelligence have been transferred to the Special Crimes Division of the Palu Kejari for further processing," he said.
He stated that the Palu Kejari would then carry out the legal process by involving the Special Crimes Sector to process these violations based on the results of the investigation that had been carried out.
"It is possible that this week the process will be raised to the next stage," he said.
