KPK Reminds Corruption In The Public Service Sector To Make Costs Increase

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said corruption in the public service sector caused losses. Because social costs will increase so that more supervision from the community is needed. "Corruption in this sector creates high social costs. For this reason, the KPK has made manifestations in implementing corruption eradication strategies through anti-corruption education and planting integrity values," said Director of Anti-Corruption Education and Training of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Dian Novianthi in a written statement, Tuesday night, May 30. Dian said, this anti-corruption education is expected to make all parties more aware of the dangers of racism. Not only in the country, this hope also applies to cross-border communities. Thus, the KPK is currently continuing to synergize with many parties. "One of them is the synergy between anti-corruption institutions in the Asean area," he said. "Through the use of digital technology, anti-corruption education is an effort to instill good habits in increasing the capacity and capability of state officials," continued Dian. Complementing the KPK's statement, Mariam Matthew of Transparency Intensation stated that corruption is indeed a problem for all countries. "Leaders must be able to fight corruption and promote anti-corruption attitudes," he said.
