JAKARTA - The pre-investigating team of the North Jakarta Metro Police suspected that the perpetrator of the murder under the Cibitung-Cilincing (Cibici) toll road was suspected to be someone close to the victim. North Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Gidion Arif Setyawan told reporters in North Jakarta, Saturday, May 27, saying that his party had brought the body in a sack found by residents on the edge of the East Flood Canal (KBT) to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital at around 17.47 WIB for the autopsy process. "The condition of the corpse is still in a sack and we have not dismantled it, but it must be dismantled at Kramat Jati Hospital for an autopsy," said Gidion. Gidion revealed, his party required the results of the "visum et repertum" outside and inside the doctor at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital to trace the chronology and motives of the alleged perpetrators.

Namun dia belum mengungkapkan alasan pihaknya mencurigai orang dekat sebagai pelaku pembunuhan tersebut."Kami menemukan tanda-tanda kekerasan pada tubuh korban. Kalau secara umum pasal 184 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP) sudah tidak perlu dibuktikan lagi, (sudah pasti pembunuhan)," katanya.Untuk dugaan penyebabnya, pihaknya masih menunggu proses autopsi dari RS Polri.
