Polda Metro Jaya will conduct Operation Patuh 2023 and emission tests from Tuesday (6/6) to Monday (19/6) regarding this matter.
The second policy is the implementation of parking disincentives for vehicles that do not carry out emission tests. Currently, parking locations that have implemented parking incentives are 11 locations and will gradually increase in all Samsat, GOR and RSUD offices.
In addition to the parking location managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov), parking disincentives will be applied to parking locations managed by private parties. Currently, an approach has been made to integrate emission test data to private parking managers.
Later, the Pergub revision Number 120 of 2012 concerning Parking Fees will be carried out at the Implementation of Public Parking Facilities Outside the Road.
"The maximum parking fee will be imposed on vehicles that have not yet carried out emission tests," he said.

The third policy is related to the imposition of a motorized vehicle tax (PKB) fine in accordance with PP 22/2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management.

"The amount of tax fine coefficient which includes this type of vehicle will be driven by the formulation by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of Home Affairs and will apply nationally," he said.
