KPK Will Coordinate With Police Before Calling AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that it will coordinate with the National Police's General Supervision Inspectorate (Itwasum) before summoning AKBP Achiruddin Hasan. This summons relates to the clarification of his assets which are deemed inconsistent with the profile. "(Will, ed) be with the Itwasum Polri (before the request for clarification, ed)," said KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Pahala Nainggolan to reporters, Tuesday, May 2. However, Pahala has not specified when the summons will be confirmed. "Meanwhile collecting data and financial information, property, vehicles, etc.," he said. AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan is the former Head of the Bin Ops Section of the North Sumatra Police Narcotics Directorate. However, he was removed from his position for allegedly allowing his son, Aditya Hasibuan, to persecute a student. Later, the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) said it had sniffed out suspicious transactions AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan since 2022.
