PP Precision Connects Indonesia: Makarti Bridge, Mining Industry Logistics Solution

JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE), a company engaged in the heavy equipment-based construction and mining services sector has inaugurated the Makarti Bridge construction project which has been built for approximately 6 months. This inauguration underscores the company's commitment to providing high-quality mining infrastructure solutions in Indonesia.

The Makarti Bridge, located at the heart of Makarti Village, Bahodopi District, Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi, is the result of a close collaboration between PT PP Presisi Tbk and PT Hengjaya Mineralindo. The bridge, which has a length of 85 meters and a width of 9.4 meters, was built using the main concrete structure, and is designed to support loads of up to 80 tons.

In the construction of this Makarti Bridge, PT PP Presisi Tbk is responsible for various aspects, including:

1. Public Works: covering everything from mobilization to demobilization, as well as handling environmental aspects, health and work safety, quality management and construction preparation.

2. Land & Geotechnic Work: includes various activities such as excavation of ordinary soil and structure as well as the creation of piles from granulated materials.

3. Structure work: involving the installation of concrete structures, steel bones, railing, strip rubber runways, drainage drones, safety rails, rock pairs, dynamic loading testing, the construction of concrete drill poles and various other structural works.

The Makarti Bridge now serves as a vital liaison between the operational location of PT Hengjaya Mineralindo and Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park, which significantly increases efficiency in the movement of mining materials.

This inauguration was carried out on July 15, 2023, attended by the Director of Operations of PT PP Presisi Tbk as well as the Head of Mining Engineering and General Manager & Operational Manager of PT Hengjaya Mineralindo. This gift not only marks project completion but also becomes a symbol of PT PP Presisi Tbk's ability and dedication in creating sustainable and quality mining infrastructure.
