JAKARTA - PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BNC) now provides Cardless cash withdrawal services in Indomaret throughout Indonesia, to make it easier for people to withdraw funds in cash, along with the high awareness of cash needs.

Neo Commerce Bank Business Director Aditya Windarwo said this cardless cash withdrawal feature could save customers time, because there was no need to go to an ATM to make cash withdrawals.

"The need for cash can be done simultaneously when customers make shopping transactions," Aditya said in an official statement, in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, June 7.

The new feature in the neobank application, namely Cardless Cash Withdrawal, is a tangible manifestation of BNC in supporting expansion and providing innovative and solution financial services for the community.

To be able to make cash withdrawals through Indomaret, he said customers can first enter the neobank application, then select the Cash Withdrawal menu. Then, customers can enter the nominal that they want to take and select the Indomaret retail outlet, then click the Cash Withdrawal button.

Furthermore, customers can choose an account that they want to issue and enter a transaction PIN. Later, customers will receive a virtual account (VA) code that can be exchanged at the Indomaret cashier, where the code is valid for two hours.
