Indosat AGMS Will Distribute Dividends Of IDR 255.7 Per Share

JAKARTA - PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk (ISAT) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) decided to immediately distribute cash dividends of IDR 255.7 per share which will be paid no later than June 15, 2023.

In the first quarter of 2023, Indosat recorded a total revenue that grew 9.9 percent year on year (yoy) to Rp11.945 trillion, compared to the same period the previous year.

The company recorded EBITDA, which also increased 21.7 percent (yoy) to Rp5.32 billion, with the EBITDA margin reaching 44.6 percent.

Then, the company recorded a profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent entity which was recorded at Rp929.1 billion in the first quarter of 2023, or an increase of 621.6 percent (yoy).
