Pasutri Terpidana Bandar Sabu Asal Mataram Digekusi Kejari Ke Lapas Perempuan Dan Kuripan
NTB - Mataram District Attorney (Kejari) executed Ni Nyoman Juliandari alias Mandari and I Gede Bayu Pratama, convicted of methamphetamine dealer from Mataram.
Spokesperson for the NTB District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Efrien Saputera said the execution of the two defendants was based on the Supreme Court's (MA) cassation decision.
"So, we carried out the execution of the two detentions in accordance with the cassation decision from the Supreme Court," said Efrien in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Thursday, August 3, which was confiscated by Antara.
Kejari Mataram as the executor of the court's decision to detain the two convicts in different places.
For Mandari, he is being held at the Mataram Class III Women's Correctional Institution (Lapas). Meanwhile, her husband, Bayu, is in Class IIA Kuripan Prison, West Lombok Regency.
"The execution activity ended on (August 3, 2023) this afternoon, at around 16.30 WITA. So, both of them are now officially undergoing an cassation decision," he said.
As is known, the cassation judge decided to cancel the acquittal of two drug convicts Ni Nyoman Juliandari alias Mandari and her husband, I Gede Bayu Pratama.
The verdict numbered: 1548 K/Pid.Sus/2023. dated June 7, 2023.

In addition to canceling the acquittal, the Supreme Court judge in his decision to hear the case himself by stating that the actions of the two defendants were proven to have violated Article 114 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
By stating this, the cassation judge sentenced Mandari to 7 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to 3 months in prison. Meanwhile, against Bayu, the judge sentenced Bayu to 4 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
