Regarding The Launch Of The National Crypto Exchange, Ketum Aspakrindo: There Is No Date Yet
JAKARTA - The Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (CoFTRA) recently confirmed that it will soon launch a national crypto exchange in July this year.
However, the exact date of launch is still unknown. However, as an association that houses crypto asset traders in Indonesia, Aspakrindo admitted that there had been discussions with CoFTRA with this crypto exchange.
"Specifically there is no (definite date), but indeed we have received confirmation several times that there will be an exchange later. Of course we are waiting for the best time for Dr. CoFTRA to immediately launch the exchange," said Aspakrindo Chairman Teguh Kurniawan Harmanda to VOI on Tuesday, July 18 when confirmed.
However, the man who is familiarly called Manda himself admitted that his party did not know for sure the readiness to launch the crypto exchange which was said to be launched this month. "Surely the one who knows more about CoFTRA. We are also waiting," he said.
Because crypto asset traders cannot communicate directly with CoFTRA other than through associations, Manda stated that the perpetrators in the crypto industry hope that later the presence of this exchange can increase public trust.
