Menpora Dito Supports Tays Bakers Barati Team Competing In Gothia Cup Sweden 2023

JAKARTA - The Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora), Dito Ariotedjo, officially released the Tays Bakers Barati team which will represent Indonesia to compete in the world's largest youth football championship, the 2023 Gothia Cup.

In the tournament which is also known as the World Youth Cup, the Tays Bakers Barati team will deploy 2 KU 12 and 13-year teams with a total of 28 players. The players were the result of the selection of the Barati Cup Bali 2023 tournament last February by the Talent Scouting team under the leadership of Coach Indra Sjafrie.

On this occasion, the documentary series Barati Muda Mendunia' was also officially released, which tells the journey of the Tays Bakers Barati Team from the selection process to the preparation of the tournament, played by U12 & U13 players and the Westerni Global official team.

The screening was held at the CGV Pacific Place Mall cinema, 6th Floor, Sudirman, South Jakarta, Tuesday 11 July. Krishna Marsis as CEO of BARATI (Bangga Merah Putih) World explained that the concept of this film is to tell that every selected player who competes in Sweden is in the process in their own way.

"We from BARATI support their process, one of which is through a technological and statistical approach so that the results obtained are maximized," said Krisna.

In the Gothia Cup tournament later, Team Tays Bakers Barati U12 joined Group 16 with teams from England and Sweden, while Team U13 in Group 27 with teams from Italy and home clubs Sweden.

Tays Bakers CEO Alexander Anwar said he was very proud to be part of the journey of the players who are now set to fight and prove their talent at the 2023 Gothia Cup.
