This Year Spotify Is Claimed To Launch HiFi Services, What's The Feature?
JAKARTA - Spotify is finally ready to launch its HiFi service this year. But, it will be available as part of a more expensive level.
Internally, the service is referred to as Supremium which will be Spotify's most expensive package, and will reportedly include a number of free audiobooks per month.
The company has long introduced HiFi more than two years ago, but has not yet been launched. It is claimed that the cause was due to delays in the release of CD quality songs citing licensing issues.
In addition to free audiobooks, Bloomberg reports, Supremium will offer fewer ads on podcasts, and the ability to set headphones.
However, it's unclear whether Spotify will offer the entire music catalog in lossless format with Superpremium subscriptions or will only increase the limited portion.

Apparently, Spotify wants the service to push for more revenue. Unfortunately, when the company develops HiFi, rivals Apple Music and Amazon Music launch other services that can be accessed for free.
The previous leak revealed Supremium may be priced at $9.99 per month, which will double the current Premium offering, quoted from Trusted Review, Wednesday, June 21.
Spotify is planned to launch its new tier later this year on the non-US market before launching it in the country in October 2023.
