TikTok Expands Monetization Program For Users With 10,000 Followers

JAKARTA - TikTok is again expanding the Beta Creativity Program, which is designed to provide more monetization opportunities for popular content creators on the platform.

The Beta Creativity Program was launched in February 2023 as a special invitation program. But starting today, it is open to creators aged 18 years and over with at least 10,000 followers and 100,000 video shows in the last 30 days.

"This program is the latest addition to our suite of monetization tools that support creators of all levels to get awards. We are developing a Creativity Program based on learning and feedback from our creators on our creator solutions, including the TikTok Creator Fund," TikTok said in an official release, quoted Thursday, May 4.

Creators who are already registered with the TikTok Creator Fund can switch to the Creativity Program, and those who are not registered can register for a new program once available.

Furthermore, creators who are currently registered with the TikTok Creator Fund can choose to switch to the Beta Creativity Program. To start producing, creators must create and publish high-quality original content for more than a minute.

Then, they will have access to updated dashboards to see video feasibility, income estimation, as well as video performance metrics and analytics.

"On TikTok, we are committed to developing new ways for creators to feel appreciated and appreciated as they continue to inspire and involve our community," said TikTok.

Currently, the new Creativity Program is available in the US, France, and Brazil with TikTok planning to immediately introduce it to more countries going forward.

"This new program joins our series of monetization solutions, including Langganan LIVE and TikTok Pulse," said TikTok.
