One Perpetrator Of The Murder Of Pegantenan Pamekasan Residents Arrested By Police
PAMEKASAN - The Pamekasan Police Criminal Investigation Team, East Java, arrested one of the five perpetrators of the murder of a resident of Pegantenan Village that occurred on April 29.
"The arrest this morning and the suspect has the initials H," said Head of Public Relations of the Pamekasan Police, Iptu Sri Sugiharto, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 2.
The murder victim named Abdul Hadi (23) is a resident of Montok Laok Hamlet, Bambang Tengah Village, Batumarmar District, Pamekasan.
The murder case with five perpetrators began when the victim and his father Supra'e (50) crossed Jalan Desa Tebul, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan, on April 29, 2023, at around 07.00 WIB.
Arriving at the scene, the victim was suddenly grabbed by five people riding three motorbikes.
Abdul Hadi, who was riding a Honda Vario motorcycle numbered M5251 PW, was suddenly kicked by one of the five motorcyclists and fell into the rice fields.
The perpetrator then swung a sickle at the victim's neck and hit the cheek and suffered a 3 centimeter tear with a width of 5 centimeters.
"After slashing my son, these five people immediately fled to the north," said the victim's parents, Supra'e, when delivering information to Pamekasan Police investigators.
Abdul Hadi was referred to the Pegantenan Health Center after the murder case, but his life could not be saved because he was bleeding a lot.

Regarding this murder case, Iptu Sri Sugiharto explained that the police would thoroughly investigate the case and arrest all the perpetrators.
Previously, news circulated in the public that the murder case against Abdul Hadi was due to an alleged cheating case.
However, the police denied the news because the investigation had not yet been completed and only one of the five suspects arrested was involved in the murder case.
