Viral Pamer Wealth Prison Employee, Menkumham: Dhawangk Is No Longer A Prisoner And Has Been Moved
JAKARTA - Minister of Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) Yasonna H Laoly said Dhawank Delvie was no longer serving as a guards at the Rajabasa Correctional Institution (Lapas), Bandar Lampung.
"He has been pulled up, has been withdrawn to the regional office, no longer serves there," said Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H Laody in the presidential palace, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, April 28.
Dhawank Delvi as the guards of Rajabasa Prison is known to often upload photos with luxury goods on his social media. He once posed on a Harley-Davidson motorbike or dirt bike.
Dhawank also appears to be taking pictures with someone holding some money. He is also called Umrah with his wife using a business class plane. In another photo, Dhawank is seen bathing in the swimming pool at his home.
"We have investigated the driver, we have withdrawn it and there has been an inspection. Indeed, the pool is 2.5 x 4 he said, this is what he said. The loan motorbike is all checked and he is now withdrawn and checked," added Yasonna.
The examination, according to Yasonna, also includes an examination of Dhawank's wife who is said to have a clinic.
"Indeed, there is a clinic for his wife, how big is the clinic for his wife? Everything is being checked, the irjen is already running, the director general has checked, later we will see if there is a criminal element," said Yasonna.
In one twitter account, namely @PartaiSocmed, it is stated that Dhawank Delvi has monopolized the prison canteen by limiting visitors who want to provide food to prisoners. He limited the side dishes brought by visitors to prisoners, only three pieces of side dishes.
"(This canteen monopoly) is being checked for how much and is it true or not, it was checked by the Inspector General and later reported and I have heard that the Regional Office has given an explanation," Yasonna added.
Previously, the Head of Class IA Bandarlampung Maizar said that he had not yet decided what kind of disciplinary punishment would be imposed on Dhawank Delvi.
Maizar added that from the initial examination by the Lampung Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the assets exhibited by Dhawang were not all his personal property.
For example, big motorbikes only ride photos to style on motorbikes and not their belongings.
As for the swimming pool, he continued, Dhawank was said to admit that the 2.5 X 4 meter swimming pool was in his private home which was purchased in 2020 for IDR 200 million. Then the hospital that was widely reported on social media was actually a maternity clinic owned by his father-in-law in the South Lampung area which had been established since 2009.

The prisoner is a class III A employee with a working period of 13 years who has a salary of around Rp. 8 million per month. Dhawank is noted to have had a special bird maintenance effort to participate in regional and national level contests since 2017.
Meanwhile, Dhawank's wife works as a midwife at the puskesmas and has a side job to help health services at her parents' maternity clinic.
