TASPEN Departs 3,000 Homecomers, All Participants Get Insurance Of IDR 20 Million Per Person

JAKARTA - PT TASPEN (Persero) dispatched 3,000 travelers, in the 'Mudik Bersama TASPEN Year 2023' event. This is in order to support the Homecoming Program, Homecoming Di Hati, Together with SOEs 2023.

President Director of TASPEN A.N.S Kosasih said that at this time, his party provided 60 buses that would be dispatched to Central Java, East Java, West Sumatra, South Sumatra and North Sumatra.

"This year we are repatriating 3,000 travelers from a total of 78,000 (homecoming participants with SOEs) to their hometowns. Hopefully, everything will run smoothly and well," said Kosasih when releasing participants 'Homecoming with TASPEN in 2023', at Jakarta International Velodrome, Tuesday 18 April.

"From TASPEN, 60 buses departed from several points from Jakarta International Velodrome, TASPEN Headquarters, Bogor to Gelora Bung Karno," he explained.

This free homecoming activity, he continued, is also part of the CSR program or the corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility. The total number of buses dispatched this year increased compared to last year's 12 buses.

"This activity is part of the TASPEN TJSL, how TASPEN will give back to the community. In the context of TASPEN's 60th birthday yesterday, today we are repatriating 3,000 people with 60 buses not only in Java, but in Sumatra," he said.

"For Central Java starting from Solo Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, East Java, namely Madiun, Surabaya, Malang to Malang. Meanwhile, for Sumatra, there are Lampung, Palembang, Jambi, Padang to Medan. Last year we only had 12 buses, so this year it's 5 times," he continued.

In order to ensure the safety of travelers, Kosasih added that all participants of Homecoming with TASPEN received insurance from Taspen Life of Rp. 20 million per person.

"And the 3,000 people we sent home with TASPEN in the context of going home with BUMN Homecoming Are awaited by all of them getting additional protection from Taspen Life in the form of accident insurance of Rp. 20 million per person," he said.

On the same occasion, TASPEN President Commissioner Suhardi Alius hopes that this joint homecoming activity can take place well. He also conveyed several messages to travelers so that they can carry out their homecoming safely.

"First, please maintain personal security, family, bus environment, including maintaining the safety of each item," he said.

"Secondly, I ask to maintain safety, remind each other. Later, if you are tired, if you can sleep, turn it over. Then if there is a sleepy or speeding driver, remind us. We want to go home safely, don't let anything happen on the road," he added.

For information, the 2023 TASPEN Joint Homecoming was also attended by TASPEN employees, ASN to the general public, including traders around the Taspen Headquarters in Cempaka Putih.
