Welcoming The 2023 Eid Holiday, The Ministry Of Tourism And Creative Economy Collaboration With OTA Prepares A Tourism Package
JAKARTA - In order to welcome the Lebaran 2023 holiday, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) collaborates with the Online Travel Agent (OTA) to prepare homecoming tour packages with various offers to attractive discounts.
Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno said, during the 2023 Eid Homecoming period there will be many discounts, ranging from hotel transportation, accommodation, to tour packages.
"We appreciate some of the OTAs who have participated, because these promos are the most anticipated and are one of our efforts to make ticket prices to accommodation more affordable. The promos vary, ranging from 10 percent (discounts) to discounts the price reaches Rp. 1,000,000," said Menparekraf Sandiaga in his press statement, quoted Tuesday, April 18.
Sandiaga said that this CollaborAction is expected to attract travelers to carry out activities to visit various tourist destinations, tourist villages, tourist attractions, and other tourist attractions by utilizing the Eid holiday promo.
"This is supported by the addition of the Eid holiday period in 2023 and is expected to increase the number of trips, residence lengths, and expenditures of domestic tourists," he said.

The four partners in collaboration include Atourin, which offers a 10 percent discount for all products in the Atourin marketplace, then there is Mister Aladin who offers promos for hotels, train tickets, plane tickets, tour packages, with a discount price of IDR 200,000 for hotels, up to a discount of 50 percent for tour packages in the five Super Priority Destinations.
Then, there is Traveloka offering the #RayakanYourWay promo with promos for transportation, accommodation, and tourism activities, ranging from discounts of 10 percent to discounts of IDR 1,000,000.
Furthermore, there is Tiket.com which holds holiday tickets (THR) to make promos of up to 40 percent plus discounts of up to IDR 570 thousand.
