Metro Police Chief Examines Reports Of Alleged Leaks Of KPK Investigation Results At The Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources
JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto said he would examine the Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) report regarding the alleged leaking of documents resulting from investigations into alleged corruption in the performance allowance of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).In the report, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) person is the reported party."If there is a report here, that is our obligation. We will examine it later, what kind of report will it be," Karyoto told reporters, Monday, April 10.The review of public reporting is an obligation for the Police. The goal is to provide a sense of justice for the community.If later the report is deemed appropriate to be investigated, of course the investigative team will immediately carry out investigation steps. Otherwise, it will not be continued."We as investigators from law enforcement officers will certainly examine first, if it is worth investigating, we will investigate it onwards," said Karyoto.MAKI melaporkan adanya dugaan pembocoran dokumen hasil penyelidikan KPK soal dugaan korupsi pada kinerja Kementerian ESDM. Pelaporan itu dilakukan melalui hotline pada 7 April.
The leaked data is an investigation document related to the alleged corruption case of cutting performance allowances (tukin) at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.Allegedly, the secret document was leaked to the litigants. So, it is considered very dangerous.
