The KPK Ensures That Brigadier General Endar's Report To Firli Bahuri Is Handled Professionally Without Intervention
Brigadier General Endar Priantoro complained Firli Bahuri and Cahya H Harefa as Chair and Secretary General of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to the Supervisory Board (Dewas) regarding violations of the code of ethics.Endar is a former Director of Investigation of the KPK who was honorably dismissed by the KPK leadership. The dismissal is contained in the letter of the Secretary General of the KPK dated March 31, 2023.Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said Endar's report would be submitted entirely to the KPK Council."We believe that Dewas will conduct analysis and reviews professionally and independently, free from intervention from any party," Ali Fikri explained to reporters in Jakarta, Wednesday, December 5.Ali emphasized that the KPK is committed to encouraging every employee to continue to improve their careers and competencies, including strengthening internal solididity and synergy with all elements of society."In order to eradicate corruption carried out by the KPK, it makes an optimal contribution to the Indonesian nation. Regarding reporting to the Supervisory Board on this dynamic, the KPK certainly fully submits the test process on the report to the KPK Supervisory Board," Ali explained.After submitting the report, Endar submitted the process entirely to the KPK Council. According to him, Dewas will start analyzing the contents of the documents and the evidence submitted. Then, the leaders of Dewas will discuss it comprehensively and begin to take clarification steps against the parties complained about."What I understand is of course they received, analyzed the complaint material, if I'm not mistaken, it will also be discussed at the level of the leadership of the Council and others," said Endar yesterday.
"Only they will continue by making a letter of assignment, if I'm not mistaken. Then there will be a clarification process, evidence and others. Then it will be decided by Dewas," continued Endar.
