Bogor City Police Provides Free Buses For Homecoming On Southern Route, Save The Time!
BOGOR - Bogor City Police, West Java Regional Police, is providing three free homecoming buses for Bogor residents who want to visit their families in their hometowns along the South Route on Eid al-Fitr 1444 hijriah/2023.
Head of Traffic Unit of Bogor City Police, Kompol Galih Apria said that the free homecoming bus was provided because there were many complaints from the public to the Kapolresta Bogor City hotline number who wanted to facilitate homecoming.
"This free homecoming was initiated by the Kapolresta, where through the complaint number, Mr. Kapolresta Bogor City, many have applied for free homecoming, in particular," Galih was quoted as saying by ANTARA, Tuesday, April 4.
Galih explained that free homecoming buses were provided for departures from the Bogor City Baranangsiang Terminal for the Tasikmalaya, Purwokerto, Kebumen, and Purworejo to Yogyakarta routes.
Even people who want to go home to Cianjur Garut and Bandung, said Galih, can also register for homecoming for free because the bus passes on the South Java route.
In practice, the public can register through the registration number that has been provided, namely 081345225528.
Galih said that if the quota for three buses with a capacity of 59 people on one bus is still lacking, Traffic Traffic Unit is ready to add more buses to meet the enthusiasm of the people.
The free homecoming bus from Polresta Bogor City will depart on Saturday, April 15, or one week before Idul Fitri 1444 Hijri at Baranangsiang Terminal.
"Hopefully the hopes, wishes, and requests of the people to the Bogor City Police Chief for free homecoming with the implementation of this free homecoming bus can answer all of that," he said.
The government changed the schedule for joint leave for Eid al-Fitr 1444 Hijri or Eid from April 21-26 2023 to April 19-25 2023.
