JAKARTA - Google has released Chrome M121, which also introduces an experimental generative AI feature to make browsing easier and more efficient, while keeping your experience personalized.

The first generative AI-supported feature is the tab group feature. With the new Organizer tab, Chrome will automatically suggest and create a tab group based on the tab that you have opened.

In fact, Chrome will suggest a special name and emoji for the new group, so you can find it again easily when you need it at another time.

In addition, Google also introduces generative AI wallpapers in Chrome, so users will be able to quickly create special themes based on the subject, mood, visual style, and color they choose.

First introduced Android 14 and Pixel 8 devices, this generative AI wallpaper feature will now be available on desktop Chrome as well.

Lastly, in a Chrome release next month, Google says it will launch another AI-supported experimental feature to help you write more confidently on the web, either providing reviews, or making formal questions.

How it works, right-click the text box or column on any site you visit in Chrome and select 'Help me write.' Type some words and Google AI will start the writing process for you.

You'll be able to try these new features on Chrome on Macs and Windows PCs over the next few days gradually, starting in the US.
