Sinar Mas Land Chief Transformation Officer, Mulyawan Gani said that one form of using AI to make BSD City an integrated smart and digital city is through the integration of chatbot technology which implements Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Cognitive Search, in presenting the Ask' feature in the OneSmile application.
